I generally don't do anything that is not a character .At least until further notice
Complicated subjectsPayment and refund policy
The client pays the artist 50% beforehand for a sketch .Then for the artist to proceed the client has to pay the rest.
If the client requests for a refund they will be given 50% after the artist sees if there is a valid basis for the refund.
Some complicated subjects may require higher prices and more time. Others may be declined entirely .
Licensing and Copyright
The client has the right to use the image produced by the artist for non-commercial use only unless a license has been granted to them by the artist. The client has 2 options .
1-Full ownership commercial license
This license grants all image rights to the client and the artist cannot use that image for any purpose. It costs half of the final price of the image .For example the license for a 50USD coloured illustration would be 25USD
2-Partial ownership commercial license
This license grants all image rights to the client and the artist cannot use that image for any purpose .It costs an initial 10USD and 2%of all royalties generated using the image.

A constant back and forth is encouraged and commissions may take longer if the client is unreachable .And the artist may halt the process if the client stops responding.
